March 2007—Designed for mixing FOH, monitors or both, Crest's (www.crestaudio.com) CV-20 console has 24/32/40/48/56 inputs with four-band EQ, 12 aux sends, eight subgroups, LCR panning, 128 VCA assignments, 144 mute scenes, 11x4 matrix and dynamics on all subgroups and main buses.


CREST AUDIO HP-W CONSOLE
March 2006—Available in 28/36/44 standard mono input frames with four full stereo channels, eight mono Automix channels and two stereo line returns is the HP-W from Crest. The unit features 4-band (swept mids) EQ, eight analog subgroups, 100mm faders, 2-channel matrix, full talkback and monitor systems, 8-scene mute, 10 aux sends (with fader flip for use as a monitor mixer), and four stereo line input channels with EQ, assignment and aux sends.

March 2006—Crest's 8-bus HP-W is available in 28/36/44-mono input frames, with four stereo channels, eight Automix channels, 10 aux sends, 4-band EQ, 2-channel matrix, talkback/monitor section and eight scene mutes.


CREST AUDIO HP-EIGHT CONSOLE
December 2003—Crest's new HP-Eight console is an 8-bus board designed for use in install and portable markets. The console is dual-purpose—ideal for both FOH and monitor applications—and is available in 24 to 56 mono input channel configurations (plus five stereo line/effects returns), with 10 aux sends, fader flip, direct outputs, 4-band channel EQ (with sweep mids), 100mm faders, 4-channel scene muting and an internal power supply, plus provision for an optional redundant external power supply. A five-year warranty is standard. A 32-channel model is expected to retail around $5,000; check online for updated pricing information.

October 2003—Bridging the world between high-quality audio designs and economical construction techniques, the Crest Audio HP810 console mixer fills the increasing needs of the professional install and portable markets. Backed by a five-year warranty, the HP810 follows the tradition of high audio quality and reliability as established by all previous Crest console products. Features include 24, 32, 40 or 48 mono-input channels, eight analog subgroups. and left, right and mono outputs.


CREST AUDIO CP-6210
September 2003—Crest's slick CP-6210 rackmount program mixer has six channels, with mic inputs (with 2-band EQ), stereo line ins and RIAA phono inputs. Stereo-cueing to monitor any channel from the booth or headphone outs is standard, as is 4-band output EQ. An expander unit adds a three-frequency, DJ-style bandpass EQ on each input channel, and direct switching to the A/B crossfader buses or program bus.


CREST AUDIO CP-6210/CP-6220
October 2002—The Crest Performance CP-6210 and CP-6220 are high-performance pro music program mixers. Designed in the style of classic DJ mixers, these offer improved performance specs, including a low phase shift (minimum signal smear) design. The CP-6210 offers basic 6-channel stereo mixing and signal monitoring; the CP-6220 adds EQ control and assignment, as well as crossfade capabilities to each input channel.


CREST XRM COMPACT MIXER
September 2002—Crest Audio offers the XRM monitor mixer, a compact 10-rackspace package providing up to 12 independent mono mixes or up to six stereo mixes for stereo “in-ear” monitoring systems. Featuring 12 mono and four stereo inputs, all with mic preamps and individual 48-volt phantom power switches, the XRM includes a 20-input mic splitter system with individual ground-lift switches. Additional features include 4-band EQ on all input channels, highpass filters on the 12 mix bus outs, channel and bus inserts, and XLR outputs.


CREST AUDIO X-VCA.52
October 2000—Crest Audio introduces a larger format of the X-VCA console: the X-VCA.52. Standard configuration includes 48 mono mic/line input channels and four stereo line input channels. VCA control is provided not only on input channels, but on group channels as well. Mono inputs feature 4-band full parametric EQ and highpass filter system. Group modules include dynamics systems including compressor/limiter and gate/downward expander. L/R/M outputs include parametric EQ and RMS limiters.


CREST AUDIO X SERIES
March 2000—Crest's X Series VCA console offers VCA control of inputs and submasters, with fully parametric EQ in the same frames as its X-8 consoles. Submasters include variable-ratio dynamics, and there are four additional stereo returns with 4-band swept EQ. Two pairs of aux buses are on dual-concentric pots, and all eight can be globally switched to work as level-and-pan stereo pairs.
